Pre Purchase
Field monitoring and supplier assessment
We conduct regular visits to rural producers. Record detailed field information in FCA’s traceability system, including crop development, yield forecasts, and producer history. Verify agricultural inputs such as fertilizers and pesticides for compliance with safety and GAP standards. Reinforce long-term relationships with moral commitments for future harvests.
Purchase Execution
Handling every purchase carefully
We purchase small volumes directly using FCA vehicles or larger volumes with additional transport arrangements. Formalize agreements with large producers to define responsibilities and product replacement in case of quality issues.
Post-Purchase & Relationship Management
Continuous support & performance monitoring
Maintain daily records of field visits, including productivity, quality, and risk observations. Implement Demonstration Units (DUs) on selected farms to test new cultivation techniques and improve yields.
