How we ensure quality
Sourcing &
Farmer Approval
We work closely with local farmers across all cultivation stages to ensure proper practices by conducting farm surveys, registering farmers, and recording activities such as chemical usage for traceability. We maintain a supplier approval list to select only qualified farmers, and perform third-party pre-testing on samples before purchasing.
Warehouse-Level Control
Upon receiving goods, we conduct basic physical and chemical checks to ensure quality meets internal standards. Based on the results, apply necessary handling such as drying or manual cleaning, then repack products according to customer requirements.
Shipment-Level
Quality Measures
We follow GAP and HACCP standards and are currently undergoing IFS certification. We combine multiple farmers’ lots into a single shipment container, take a composite sample for third-party testing, and complete all tests before export. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is obtained for each shipment batch to ensure quality and compliance.
